3 tiers at Ranfone: group (1 coach to 12 athletes), semi-private (1 coach to 4 athletes), and private training (1 on 1).
Are clients wearing masks? 12 feet without masks, 6 feet with masks
Using Zoom or telehealth became standard of care
Currently, Performance is back to almost normal in person care but spaced out and using more private rooms
5-10% of cases are performed outside
Having enough space for people to space out is the biggest challenge
How things have changed in training and performance? The biggest step was looking outside the gym space to help results.
