THC and CBD are different

Some product has THC, but some does not

Full spectrum CBD has THC in it, but chromatography is a process that removes THC

Your body naturally produces canabanoids on its own

Are there tests that can show your levels of endocanbanoids?

Endocanabanoid system (ECB)

Endo means within your body

Symptoms of pain or sleep deprivation might be imbalances in ECB system

Digestive issues could be a result of imbalance in endocanabanoid system

CB1 and CB2 receptors in the body

2AG is more broadly used about the body for digestive issues 

Research was done using mice and CBD

Mice showed a decrease in pain and anxiety

Most robust trials using CBD is in epileptic seizures in humans

Who should be taking CBD products?

Talk to your doctor about interactions with other medications you might be taking

Generally healthy person can be safe and effective

Clients take it to reduce pain, improve sleep, and recovery from muscle damage

Effects of CBD on cortisol levels and sleep

Research shows 25mg of CBD (cannabidiol) improved sleep in humans

Average person of 160 pound should take approximately 25mg capsule or tincture

If you begin taking CBD, start with the lowest dosage possible to assess tolerance

How do I choose a good product and method of delivery?

Taking a pill or oral supplement is going to need a bit more because it dissolves as it goes through digestive system

Oil drops under the tongue

Using it in a vape pen but not recommended with the inhalation

CBD without additives is key

You want to find a CBD product without harsh solvents

Using a product that a company is using harsh ethanol 

How do I find out the right information?

Companies state this information on their website

CBD made by CO2 is the key factor

Independent research testing with their own products

Lab results paid for by the company

Smoke shops and gas stations are not necessarily recommended to get these products from

NCAA prohibits CBD or cannabidiol

Educate yourself before you take CBD

Don’t pick the cheapest CBD product, usually more expensive means they have been tested more often.
