How did the running store change during COVID.

Measure feet and gait virtually through Zoom

Running groups stopped runs from March-May, but slowly brought back “Shop Runs”

Training programs that are virtual with incorporating meet-ups

Local store carries 1500 shoes approx.

40 different types of shoes for an average 7 ½ size shoe

Work with each client to figure out what works

Exchange within 30 days or a 2 week run policy
